Q: Do I need an appointment to get my vehicle serviced?
A: Appointments are preferred, however, in case of an emergency you are always welcome to stop by Fagan Automotive at any time and meet with your service advisor. Click here to schedule an appointment or call us at (608) 752-1331.
Q: Are you open on Saturday's?
A: Yes we are open from 8:00AM until 12:00PM on Saturday's and offer full service to our customers.
Q: Do you have a shuttle service?
A: Yes we do, our shuttle service can drop you off anywhere you need to go within the Janesville city limits while your vehicle is being serviced and then we will pick you up when it's done.
Q: I do not have a GM vehicle, can I still get my car serviced at Fagan Automotive?
A: We are able to service all GM vehicles, however, if you do not have a GM vehicle, please contact your service advisor for further information.
Q: How long does an oil change usually take?
A: If you have an appointment, an oil change usually takes 30 minutes.
Q: Can I drop my car off the night before and will it be safe?
A: Yes you can drop your vehicle off the night before and it will be safe. We also have a drop box for keys on the service drive doors for your convenience.
Q: Do you offer loaner vehicles?
A: Fagan Automotive does not offer loaner vehicles, however, we do have Enterprise rent-a-car's available at a discounted rate for our service customers.
