I have had my truck serviced there twice...
I have had my truck serviced there twice in the last 2 weeks. Once for a air bag sensor which should have cost me $94, but you charged me over $300. The second time for a wheel bearing hub assembly. Internet price $197 you charged me $517. Thanks to Derrick in your service dept. You will never service another vehicle for me ever, and I will never purchase another vehicle there. I do not appreciate being ripped off and you just lost a customer that will tell others to avoid your dealership. Thank You for sending me this survey. In a word you guys suck! Thank You Gary Beckett

Service was on time and everyone is...
Service was on time and everyone is pleasant. The only problem that I have is the vehicle itself but that is a GM matter. Fagan staff seem to enjoy their job and that is important to me.
