  • My experiences with Fagan chevrolet have always ended great. This time I was experiencing some a/c issues on my 2010 equinox. I brought it in last Wednesday to be looked at. At the time Karen said they needed to keep the car over night due to ordering parts out of Chicago (not a problem). I then picked the car up on Friday, on Saturday I turned A/C on and it was still blowing warm air (still not the end of the world, mistakse can happen). Monday first thing I call back and bring it in and again they need to keep the car due to ordering parts. This is where I believe Fagan Chevrolet is making a very bad business decision. Karen offers me a rental through Enterprise. I have one request being that I formerly worked maintenance at GM and now work maintenance at Chrysler. I didn't want a foreign rental car. Unfortunately I couldn't accept a rental that day because all Enterprise/Fagans could offer was a Hyundai. This really bothered because we in this area already lost those good jobs and Fagans by doing this is paying for their customers to test drive of foreign car for free while their American car is in the shop. I'm sorry I ranted but, the rental car thing really bothers me and I think its a bad message being sent to a customer from the dealership.. That being said my car was fixed properly the second time and the staff/Karen was very accomidating and pleasant to do business with.
